SERVICES
All apartments include 160 cm x 200 cm bed or sofa bed and services included in the price are customized for 1-2 persons.
The rent includes:
- Heat and electricity
- Final cleaning
- TV license and internet access
- A set of towels (2 bath/hand towels and 1 kitchen towel)
- A set of bed linens for 160 cm x 200 cm bed
(1 blanket/blanket cover/sheet, 2 pillows/pillowcases) - Upon request weekly change of sheets and towels
- One bed is made for the check-in date (excluding Business class apartments)
Additional Services are priced as following (including VAT 24%):

Please note the following:

| For the elimination of smoke odours we will charge | 500 euros |
We need customer's credit card information (VISA/Mastercard) as a guarantee when checking in. From the given credit card, we make a 500 eur credit check. Equally a 500 eur cash deposit is accepted.
