APARTMENTS
Located in the very centre of Helsinki. Apartments have been recently renovated and can sleep 1- 4 persons. They are all non smoking spaces and unfortunately pets are not allowed.
The apartments have dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, stove, hood, twinbed (160 cm x 200 cm), refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, hair drier, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, TV/DVD-player, ironing set and a set of dishes.
Penthouse and Sauna Suite apartments include a large sauna and a glazed balcony. In addition, on the upper floor of the Penthouse is situated a large 20sqm-terrace with a view over rooftops of Helsinki.
In Suite, Premium and Executive Class apartments a dining table for four people is included.
We do not accept cash payments, the prices are debited in advance either as advance billing or by credit card (VISA/Mastercard). All the credit card information should be transferred only by phone or by fax.
In the case where the contract period is more than three months, we can agree at the time about the mode of payment.
The refund is 50 % of the payment, if the cancellation is done at least 14 days before the accommodation period starts. Otherwise the rent is not refundable.
