PRICES & APARTMENTS

We have at the moment fifty-one fully equipped and furnished studio apartment hotels.

The prices include TV license, the change of bed linens/ towels once a week and an internet access. The VAT 8% is to be added to the prices.

Extra services will be charged as following (vat 0%):

- Cleaning 20 eur
- A charge of 300 euros is required for a lost key or for the elimination of tobacco odors.
- To cover the amount mentioned above, we need customer's credit card information (VISA/Mastercard) when checking in.
An extra charge of 30 euros is required for the following services:
- The key is delivered to the airport or railway station.
- Check-In services after 18:00 hour during weekdays.
- Chek-In services on Saturday and Sunday.

The prices are debited in advance either as advance billing or by credit card (VISA/Mastercard). In the case of contracts for more than three months, we can agree at the time about the mode of payment.

Please note the following:

- We accept reservations for less than a week only the week preceding the accomodation period when the minimum reservation period includes three nights.
- The refund is 50 % of the payment, if the cancelation is done at least 14 days before the accomodation period starts. Otherwise the rent is not refundable.
- All the credit card information should be transferred only by phone or by fax.

Located in the very center of Helsinki, the apartment hotels have been renovated and can sleep 1-4 persons. They are all non smoking spaces and unfortunately pets are not allowed. Their standard equipment includes:

Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, hood, sofa bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, hair drier, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, TV/DVD-player and CD-player. In Premium and Executive Class apartments a dining table for four people is included.
